Cross Country

Today, I was able to go and watch Bryan's Cross Country Match. Alta ran against Jordan high and Brighton High. It was at a park in Sandy, Sego Lily Park, and a lot of the running took place in the "gully". It was a 5k, and one of the more difficult courses that they run. I was so proud of Bry and I think I had more Hawk Spirt than my 3 years at Alta put together! Go Hawks!

We had a dinner at my parents house for my birthday. Susan and her family came, Grandma Farmer and Grandpa Parry. If you couldn't tell, I am loving my new camera.

My Birfday!

Friday was my birthday. I turned 23. I had to work, but my co-workers made it fun. They brought me flowers and took me out to lunch. Friday night, my older brother, Mark, took me to dinner at Oliver Garden! My favorite!

Saturday, I had some friends over at my parents house. We had a BBQ and it was a lot of fun! Thanks to everyone that came and the nice gifts and also thanks to my parents (especially my mom!!).

Provo River

Last Wednesday my Mom, Dad and Bryan went up the Provo Canyon. We rented tubes and floated down the Provo River. We saw a bunch of horses and my mom claimed to have seen a bear. It was really relaxing and fun!

My new Camera!

For my birthday my parents got me a new camera! I love it! Here we are playing with it! My camera has a smile detection feature and as soon as it seems someone smiles it takes the picture, very cool, huh? Here we all are with our cheesiest smiles!!

As many of you know my Daddio sings with the Morman Tabernacle Choir. It is fun to see my dad on TV and go to his performances. Tonight my family was able to go see them perform with the Utah Symphony at Deer Valley. My dad didn't sing tonight so it was fun watching it with him.

My Birthday, My birthday Party, The kids to come back to school at work (Its boring without them!) and I'd like to go to the Drive in before the Summer is over... thats all I can think of. My goal latley is to live in the moment- to be happy with whats going on at the time- rather than looking forward for things to change.

Summer nights!!!, Sleeping in, Time off of work, Getting out of town (this summer- Yuma, Arizona, San Diego x2, Mexico x2, Bear Lake and Park City), Going to the pool, The A/C, Sunsets and Snowcones!

Swimming, Gymnastics, Diving, Volleyball and the Opening/Closing Ceremonies

Park City

Friday, August 1st, I went up to Park City with my good friend Michelle, and her friends Caitlin and Blake. We went up to the Park City Resort and rode the Alpine Slide and the Alpine Coaster! The Coaster was so much fun! Highly recommended!

After lunch we went to the outlet malls and did a little shopping! It was a very fun day!

I also wanted to post a picture of Michelle and myself. This was taken at the Rascal Flatts concert in March. Michelle and I have known each other since 8th grade. She is a great friend and has always been there for me!

Saturday, August 2nd, I was able to go and celebrate the birthday and Baptism of my niece Sydney! I can't believe how fast she has grown up!

Friday night Evonne and I met up at Jordan Landing. It was nice to catch up, we hadn't seen each other for awhile. We got Jamba Juices, played in the Arcade and listened to the Old Man's band. Thanks for the pictures and good times, Von!
